REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

At Your Mobile DNA, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality mobile genetic testing services while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff. However, there are specific circumstances under which we may refuse service to ensure the safety, integrity, and compliance of our operations. This policy outlines the conditions for service refusal, the procedures involved, and the rights of both clients and our organization. We reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:

1. DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR:

1.1 If any participating party is disruptive, abusive, or threatening toward our staff or other clients, we reserve the right to refuse service.

2. NON-COMPLIANCE:

2.2 Service may be refused If a participating party fails to adhere to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, Payment Dispute Policy, or any other relevant policies.
2.1 Service may be refused if a participating party refuses to comply with our procedures including safety protocols.

3. INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT:

3.1 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service in such instances.

4. HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS:

4.1 If a participating party poses a health or safety risk to others, we reserve the right to refuse service.
4.2 Service may be denied if the location is deemed unsafe for our staff to perform testing. This includes but is not limited to hostile environments, extreme weather conditions, or unsafe premises.

5. PAYMENT ISSUES:

5.1 If the party who scheduled the services is unable or unwilling to pay for the services rendered, Your Mobile DNA may refuse service.

6. NSF (NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS):

6.1 Payments returned due to insufficient funds will incur a processing fee of $45.00, in addition to recovery of the original service fees (including testing, mileage, and any additional parties added to the testing). The party who booked and paid for the original testing will be responsible for these fees.

7. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

7.1 We do not provide services to individuals under the age of 18 without explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. If a minor requests services without the necessary consent, service will be refused.
7.2 Any participating party unable to provide necessary legal documentation (e.g., identification, consent forms) required for testing will be denied service.

8. INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE INFORMATION:

8.1 If a participating party provides false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or testing process, service may be refused.
8.2 A Participating party who do not follow preparation guidelines for tests (e.g., fasting requirements, specimen collection instructions) may have their service refused.

9. NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE REFUSAL:

9.1 In the event that service is refused, the participating party will be notified promptly. The notification will include:
   a) A clear explanation of the reason for the refusal.
   b) Information regarding any applicable policies or guidelines that were violated.
   c) Instructions for addressing the issue, if applicable, or information on how to reapply for services.

10. DATA PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:

10.1 Any information related to the refusal of service will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all participating parties’ information, and any data related to a service refusal will be used solely for the purpose of the refusal and any subsequent appeal processes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Your Mobile DNA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the refusal of service. The participating party acknowledges that the refusal of service is a necessary measure to ensure safety and compliance with our operational guidelines.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

12.1 our Mobile DNA reserves the right to modify this Refusal of Service Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Participating parties are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
